The only charges incurred are for obtaining specific information. The information can be paid for in several different ways: establish a business account for invoicing, billed to a credit card or debited to a bank account. Keep in mind if an escrow does not close, the charges due Advocate Property Management are still owed.

Our resale & refinance process is all done electronically. To obtain any resale or refi information or Association Documents you must use The Northwest Property Management website. On the left side click on “Resale Documents” click on the link and put in the street name only of the property. All the addresses will pop up and choose the correct address and click on it. An instruction sheet will come up with what is needed for you to receive a paid assessment letter & 22.1 disclosure for your closing. Below this instruction sheet is a release form and any further documents, if any, that need to be completed & returned along with the contract (1st pg & signature pg only). At the bottom of the release form, click on “OK” and it will take you to the purchasing page, this is where you may purchase the paid assesment letter, 22.1, budgets, Decs, Bylaws and whatever else you may need, (all items must be prepaid).
