 Wetland Conservation Committee conducted an comprehensive Wetlands review for environmental conditions & overall residential boundary encroachments for both wetlands. All inquiries and encroachments have been documented in the following links for your review.

PROTECTIVE CONSERVATION EASEMENT UPDATE DOCUMENT
The Association filed an agreement with the US ACOE & DUPAGE COUNTY for wetland protection of both wetland basins, frontage easements and surrounding detention basins.  
Completed August 26th, 2013
 
 
 
 
The THOA is going to work with Tallgrass homeowners to remove all or any encroachments in 2009 from all easement boundary areas surrounding both wetlands.
