Institute Quarterly Inspections conducted by Management Company.
Legal rewriting of government documents. Phase one ( lawyer rewrite) (easements).

Reseed both Castlewood  Sundance and Tallgrass conservation easements
Add additional mulch to the west side front to front area entrance area     

Review the Community Event in spring or summer.                                         
Increase reserve funding contributions to an 11K Min
